The buffet is one of the best I have been to.
Each selection is served on small plates. Wonderful presentations enhance the taste of each dish. Fried food served in mini fry baskets, soups served in pots and salads served on small dishes. It really has an upscale feeling. It redefines buffets.\
The salad selection is amazing. It probably the strength of this buffet. I especially enjoyed the baked tomato salad. Baked roma tomatoes served on greens with feta cheese, tossed in a balsalmic vinegarette dressing. Other selections were a watermelon salad, asian slaw and a BLT chopped salad.
The buffet's weakness is its asian selection. General Tso's Chiicken??? Pretty standard mainland chinese food. Stay away from the miso soup. Don't know what kind of miso they use but it was too sweet.
The desserts are pretty awesome. It is a strength of thiss buffet. Options range from a build it yourself strawberry shortcake bar to petite desserts. And of course gelato. All the desserts were tasty. Not overly sweet.
Overall, this is the best buffet experience I have had. Food was of good quality. But the key here is the experience, we had a leisurely lunch with a non-buffet like small plates presentations. It felt like a tapas bar more than a buffet.
