Across the Golden Gate Bridge

On a Saturday in San Francisco, I had the pleasure of walking across the Golden Gate Bridge. The Golden Gate Bridge is a symbol of the West Coast of the US. It is truly an engineering marvel.


I started my walk on the San Francisco side of the bridge. I caught one of the many buses from downtown San Francisco


I got to the bridge at about 10 AM. I thought that it would be a clear day. Well it did not rain but it was still foggy. And Cold



As I started across the bridge, i looked down. It's a pretty long way down...Water looks cold.




Well, I am almost done walking across the bridge. I am now in Marin County.

I walked across the bridge to Marin County. I walked back across. It was getting warmer. I could see the fog burning off and carried by the wind across the bay.

45 minutes after I started, I was back near my start point. I was greeted with a bright sunny day.
